Be STILL sayeth the Lord!
Psalm 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
Are you restless and weary? Are you worried about the circumstances that lie in front of you? Are you drowning in a sea of disbelief which is pounding you with wave after wave of dispair?
Ok, maybe its not THAT bad in your life but you get my point!
Be STILL sayeth the Lord!
Remember the disciples in the boat fearing for their lives as Jesus took a nap? In Matthew 8:26 he said to them "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

He is God. Is there any question in your mind about exalting him? Would you exhalt him for terrible things in your life? Of course not! We will exhalt him because when we need him he will wake up from his beauty sleep and simply say a word that saves us.
He is mighty to save so we shall exalt him every waking minute of the day!
